Siam Park is located in Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife. The park is well signposted from the motorway; visitors should take exits 28 and 29, above the Magma Convention Centre and the Titsa bus terminal.

Cancellation policy:
To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the park entry date. If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the ticket will be non-refundable.
Canary Islands residents:
Clients must present a valid ID or residency certificate. If no valid proof of residency is provided, the ticket will not be accepted, and a new ticket without resident discount must be purchased.
